Refund policy

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with an item, you purchased at www.obsessedgymwear.com.au simply return it to us within 14 days from date of purchase and we will happily provide you with an exchange or credit voucher in accordance with the following policy.

Custom wear

Custom items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including incorrect sizing or change of mind, as they are made specifically for you. We will, however, offer a refund or replacement for any manufacturing faults

Exchange or Credit

Items must be returned in their original condition with no signs of wear and all tags attached for an exchange or credit.

If you believe that an item you have purchased has a manufacturing fault, please return it to: OBSESSED CUSTOMISED 24/8-14 ST JUDE CT, BROWNS PLAINS 4118 via registered post to be assessed by one of our team members prior to issuing a refund.
